What is Questic?
Questic is a simple CRM for small service businesses. It keeps your leads, customers, deals, tasks and projects in one place, so your whole office works from the same system instead of spreadsheets, group texts and sticky notes.

Is there a mobile app?

No. Questic's AI is an assistant for your team, not a bot. It suggests replies, summarizes conversations and checks messages before you send them. A person always reviews and sends.
Can I get leads from my website into Questic?
Yes. Build a form in Questic and put it on your website or share it as a link. Every submission becomes a lead, and Questic can score new leads and assign them to the right person automatically.
Can I send quotes?
Yes. Keep a list of your products and services in Questic and build quotes from it, attached to the deal you are working on.
Can I control what each person can see and do?
Yes. Give each person a role and exactly the permissions they need, keep sensitive records private, and see a history of who changed what.
Does Questic connect to other software?
Questic has API keys you can use to connect it to other software you already use.
