We built the CRM we wished existed
Questic was founded in 2023 by the Tingey Brothers with one goal: software a small business will actually use.
Why Questic exists
We kept seeing the same pattern. A small business would adopt a CRM, find it too complicated, and go back to spreadsheets and group texts. Tasks, leads, follow-ups and customer details fell through the cracks.
The problem wasn't the team. It was the software. Most CRMs are built for big companies with an IT department and a consultant on call. Small businesses get the same complexity and none of the help.
So we built Questic to be simple by design, and shaped by what customers actually need, not enterprise bloat. If a feature makes the product harder to use without clearly saving you work, it doesn't belong in Questic.
We're builders too. We believe in tools that work, not features that distract.
Jonathan Tingey, Co-Founder
Jonathan leads marketing, sales, growth and onboarding at Questic, and he's the person founding members talk to. He has spent 10 years in marketing, worked with hundreds of businesses, and used dozens of CRMs and project management tools along the way.
He runs his own team on Questic every day to manage tasks and contacts, so rough edges get noticed fast.
